DeLonghi portable AC and Heater (Potomac MD)

DeLonghi Pinguino EL series portable AC and Heater. The heater function works but AC and dehumidifier function doesn’t seem to be working because it wasn’t producing water output when running. We used it only for 2 summers when we had a problem with our HVAC. I hope someone can fix and use or use just for the heater function.
