This is a long shot but here goes.
I'm a support working and one of my clients is struggling with electric. Only source of means is to dry their clothes on electric radiators. Firstly is dangerous for a young person and secondly costly because it takes longer to dry. If anyone has a small dryer he could possibly fit in a small cupboard. We would both be highly grateful and I'm happy to collect.
