UPDATE: Shelf Unit and Portable AC (Upper East Side)

My neighbor just moved out and left several nice items behind:
Portable AC
Shelf Unit
UPDATE: Items were still outside as of 1 am, but it rained for at least 45 min so the a/c got wet.

Must be picked up tonight because management will remove in am by about 6 am. The pick up location is the UES. The major cross street is the south side of 79th St and East End Ave.

Cannot guarantee items will still be here.
