Leaf blower/vac (HP13 near railway station)

I bought this last year and now it's not working. I think a stone got caught. It starts if you hold it up but then stops when you liwer it. The motor doesn't sound right maybe someone might kniw how to fix it or use it for spares. Let me know when you can collect day/time.
