Ex-loft ladder (Dyke Road area BN1)
The hatch broke but ladder was fine. I have removed it and reconfigured to standard ladder, however, does not know fully close. Could be strengthened and used as a conventional ladder or put back to original hinge system and used as a loft ladder. Height is 2.70m.
