5 x Aurora Compact fluorescent lamps - GU10 base, 50 lumens warm white colour and only 11 watts each. 4 are used but work fine - one unused spare. Just had to replace with LEDs to improve the brightness in a gloomy room. They are PAR 20 shape - see photos.
