My disabled brother with mobility issues (St Ives PE27)

He still got a tiny black and white telly and won't buy a up to date smart tv as hes to proud to except from me but I no he carnt afford it on the pay that government has him on nothing special but anything coulered at least would be very much appreciated 👏
