This is a "U" shaped AC that sits on top of the window sill (Usually along with some foam) and clamps onto the wall with extending legs. However one of the support legs is broken, you will need to improvise a way to support one of the outside edges.

This unit is very heavy, 70lbs, you will probably need help moving it around.
