Wood in excellent condition, bit discoloured in places, could be sanded to clean it up, but maybe unnecessary as it's going to be covered and full of clothes.
You'll need a good set of screws to assemble it, I put in a few for pic. Cloth has velcro to attach it to frame, and front cloth can be adjusted to suit. Cloth in perfect condition.
