Amanda washer and dryer - need work (Ithaca - West Side)

These are a set of Amana Heavy Duty washer and gas dryer. Maybe 20 years old.

problems:

 - dryer doesn’t get very hot. Runs, but just not hot. I’m guessing it needs a new part.

- washer is great but leaks about 2 Tablespoons of water - which I catch in a small drip pan

I keep using them, but eventually I want to replace them or repair them.
