Large tv - not working (TW15)

This TV powers on but doesn’t display an image, it has no remote but I’m sure a universal one works. It belonged to an elderly relative who replaced the TV when the screen went, I haven’t checked any further but I think it’s probably an easy/cheap fix. The edges of the tv still have plastic wrap on.
