Actually not required for shopping!!! It’s for someone who undertakes litter picks but finds it challenging to carry a heavy bin sack around, whist picking up bottles, cans, paper, cigarette butts etc., etc., from the streets and public areas of Gravesham.
Doesn’t have to be like the photo, i.e. four wheels etc.
