81.5" tall x42" wide v 12" deep. Custom made bookshelve/cabinet in good condition. Located in basement and requires two person lift. All Shelves are adjustable and can be removed for moving.
I would guess the weight w/o shelves at about 40-50 pounds. Basement exit from rear of house has 8 steps to a landing and two more steps to level surface.
