Does it fold so I can fit into car? - All I can say is it can fold half way, so I sure can be squeezed into a boot, whether it fits into your car, that is for you to decide.

Good condition, double mattress , very expensive (749 pounds) when purchased -

Doesn't affect structural integrity of mattressi.
