House Paint/Wallpaper (Granton EH5)

I'm on a very limited income so don't have money to just go to B&Q or somewhere like that but I do really need paint. I live in a council house and the council have just put in new windows. Unfortunately, a lot of the paper and paint around the old frames got ruined so looking to repaint. Looking for green for the bathroom and yellow for the kitchen. Or if anyone has wallpaper, that may be great. Thank you for reading.
