In fair condition. It is functioning and can be ridden away but I'd advise that the brakes and gear changes are on the stiff side, so could probably do with new cables at some point - they do work though. Tyres are currently fine, but again, may be worth considering replacing before too long. Saddle has split but not a big issue. I'm not a bike mechanic, so all these points should be taken advisedly.
Size wise, it's a 19 inch frame - I'm 5ft 7 ish and it's fine for me. I got it off of here I don't know how many years ago, feels like at least 10 years but time to pass it on.
