A musical Christmas Biscuit Tin (still no biscuits) (Oswestry SY11)

Again on behalf of a friend. This is round and has pictures all around and when you take the lid off there's a dome which you turn several times then it starts to play, The dome is black and a light can be switched on which shines like it's night time but then the music stops. As its not mine I don't know if that is what should happen or not.
