2 seater Sofa bed & armchair (Hanworth TW13)

Sofa bed and armchair, structurely in really good condition. It does need an upholstery clean its way overdue. There is some fraying on the arm due to cat claws but other than that it is solid. The bed functions perfectly well.

I'd ideally like this to go to a single parent family who is trying to make a cosy nest for their babies.

Its light sage green in colour and only 2 years old. And cost just over £800.

It must go TODAY AM as my new one is arriving TODAY PM!
