Propane gas cylinder (Matlock DE4)

My friend needs a propane gas cylinder to hook up to a cooker. Preferably a 13kg.
If you happen to have one knocking about, we’d very happily take it off your hands.
Can collect to suit from just about anywhere
Thanks.
