Double buggy, either fore & aft or side by side (Purley CR8)

Our daughter has a nearly-3-year old, and a 10 month old who is getting too heavy for the sling, so she is looking for a double buggy, please. If side-by-side, it needs to fold up sideways as it has to fit into a narrow passageway. Thank you!
