Cartridge for single lever swan neck tap (Ashton-U-Lyne OL7)

Single lever cartridge Flat 35mm
Bought for a Wren Artemis tap but we ended up replacing the tap and the company won't refund because it was installed in the tap
I expect it will fit other single lever taps but I'm not sure
