Electric towel rail with thermostatic control (IP5)

Old electric towel rail. Rusty - please see photos - so not sure how long it will last. Fluid filled. Has a heating element and thermostatic control - all in working order - which could be re-used in another towel rail. Existing electric cable has been cut - see photo, so will need to join a new one.
