Door draft stopper / sweeper (Bryant)

I bought it before checking my existing door sweep better: Mine is metal and to remove it I have to remove the entire door. I bought this sweeper because the metal edge of the existing sweep is now scratching the door sill because the door frame has sagged about 2mm. I found that I can bend the metal edge outward to slightly increase the gap and stop the scratching. So now I don't need this handy new silicon sticky sweeper. Its packing has been opened but it not installed and is ready for a virgin stick-on.
