Hi!
Can anyone make use of this Ocean Pro underwater torch for scuba diving? It's been in storage for ages, I tried charging it up & when plugged in it still wasn't working (though the light was on on the plug) so maybe it needs a new bulb? Or possibly it's broken, but if anyone may be able to make use of it in spite of this I'd be very glad! =)
