Bungee cord with hooks (Quernmore LA1)

Anyone got one of these spare? We now need to anchor the new wheelie bins to the wall outside because they won’t all fit in the shed. During the strong winds the other day we had to rescue them as they rolled down the drive. Could have been a nasty accident if they had ended up on the road.
