Birthday Balloon (30") (Palo Alto (Barron Park))

Offered is a mylar birthday balloon in good condition. It is approx. 30" tall.

The helium has escaped but we refilled it using an air pump. It can be suspended from a ceiling or lamp and that works just fine. Or it can simply be refilled with helium.

Available for pickup in the Barron Park area of Palo Alto.
