I have an old but reliable piano on offer. It's about 60yo and I've had it for about 15years for my kids to learn on. I've had it tuned regularly during this time. In terms of picking it up, its on the ground level with 1 step up to the front proch and a step to the doorway, as well as the doorway to negotiate, so not too bad. Let me know if you're interested!
