Monitor for computer (Westham, Weymouth DT4)

Acer LCD monitor V206HQL, as bought new 2017.
In full working order, but as it does not have HDMI connection (though its website and paperwork say it does!), I cannot use it with my new Windows 11 computer. (Would work with a Windows 10 computer.)
It is diagonally across 53 cm / 21”. On label on it box, it says Display size 19.5”/49 cm.
 (I’m also giving away a printer, and was not 100% sure which cables fit which; that was advertised 31/10/25 and I expect I’ll be reposting that ad soon too - please see both sets photos. I think the monitor needs a main cable.
A black cable (pictured in the printer ad) with identical chunky blue ends - I think called VGA cable (and maybe ‘parallel port’ cable?) - that has 15 points at each end and they screw in also, I now think belongs to the monitor!)
