Decorative bin - very heavy ((south) Central Park - Denver)

This is a very heavy decorative bin. It's from Victoria Hagan Perfect Pieces. It's 14" wide x 11.25" at the top, tapering to 12.75" x 10" at the bottom. It's 9.25" tall. It is missing of the decorative metal studs at a bottom corner.
