Hi there,
Does anyone have any fresh edible Amaranth/Callaloo stalks or know where I can aquire some from please ? It is also known as Pigweed. As I need some to try and make my own Stinky Tofu brine. The recipe states it must be fresh and that tinned cannot be used.
