Vintage dining chair - project (CT11)

This needs upholstery and maybe sand or paint (or both) a nice relatively simple upcycle project if you're looking for a winter project.
It is a lovely vintage wooden high back dining chair with padded seat (not a drop in seat).
Cannot be used as is as has been stripped, but I can see now I'm never going to finish it!
Hope someone crafty minded is interested:-)
