Small Black Fold-down Couch (Hartsdale)

This is a faux-suede black couch. Each end has an arm rest that can be pulled up or folded flat (see photos). The back can be folded down flat on one or both sides. Dimensions are as follows:

When Folded Flat:
40” deep
70” wide
30” high

When Upright:
16.5” seat height from floor
30” height from floor to top of seat back
33” deep
70” wide
