Please note I live on the second floor with no lift - I won’t be able to assist in moving it off the property and is a bit awkward to move so please bring someone extra to assist in removal.

The stairs are also U shaped - I built the furniture in the current property so I’m not sure how easy this will be to get down the stairs, but I am fairly confident the stairs have enough room to get it down.
