Women's medium or large jacket (Chester)

Desperately looking for a winter coat for my daughter. She has sensory issues, so I'm looking for something warm but not too bulky. Thinking Sherpa or polar fleece? This year is terrible for my family, I can't even meet the basics...thank you so much for reading
