Single solid oak futon from the Futon company, with mattress included. Wood is in excellent condition, and the mechanism works really well. Small dent on the back of one side as shown in photos, not noticeable when in an upright position. Mattress cover is slightly faded from the sun, but a replacement cover or mattress can be purchased if desired.
Will need a large boot to pick up and it is heavy so please make sure you are comfortable with lifting.
