Structurally does the job soundly. The big drawer is missing. You can tuck stuff in the gap but you wouldn't have a drawer to pull out. We used it with a grey Valance sheet and you never would have guessed it wasn't there. I include a grey valance sheet. It also has two smaller drawers, which work fine, one on each side and run nicely.
It has wheels for moving the base and a system to attach a headboard.
I do NOT include the mattress or headboard seen in pics or anything other than thr base and grey sheet. The structure, as I say, is sound. Cosmetic wear will be disguised by valance sheet.
