A root saw, either manual or electric (Steyning BN44)

Am trying to deal with a jungle of sprouting ash seedlings at the bottom of our garden which have serious tap roots, there's no easy access for a root grinder. If you have a spare saw you don't use any more, we would be very grateful. Many thanks
