Small plastic sheets with compartments of Gel filling. They come with frozen meals from My Aged Care related food company, delivery once a fortnight, about 1/2 dozen each delivery.
Good for eskies etc for keeping food safely cool - just put in freezer to refreeze.
Could possibly also work as coldpacks on wounds.
Meals also come in insulated bags and useful solid cardboard boxes - might also be available.
Currently being delivered to Holden Hill, pickup place negotiable.
