Vintage clock (Kennington OX1)

An old clock that isn't working. It does tick now and then. I don't know how you would remove the clock from the glass to restore it, though there is a tiny gap at the bottom of it that gives access to the clock.
Hoping someone might have some timely ideas to get it working!
