A velcro leg brace (Armley LS13)

Hi am working with this homeless person who tor there acl in 2018 and with cold weather their leg hurts more was wondering if anyone could help they offerd a metal on but might rust and cause more pain for them so wondered if any had a velcro one would be greatly appreciated
