2 or 3 cement blocks (Mississaga St. W., Orillia)

I need 2 or 3 oblong cement blocks, the kind with square holes. I need them to divide a mutual driveway that my neighbour seems to think the whole thing is his! 🤔 Also if you have plastic yellow caution tape like cops use that would be good to run through the blocks.
