Bramley cooking apples (Blackhall EH4)

Loads if apples all with a few bashes and birds pickings ar them,they all fell with the wind.A
I thought it would be a shame to throw on the compost heap if any one can make use of them?.
They are sweeter now as they are much later than the first lot
