vax 6131 wash & vac for spares or repair (New Marston OX3)

broken wet/dry vacuum cleaner with all original accessories and user instruction. After many years of faithful service it started emitting a smell of something burning, then stopped working entirely. I'm thinking it may be a trivial electrical fault that somebody clever could fix? The hose is a replacement we bought about a year ago, everything else is original.
