Queen size mattress (St Paul)

I have a queen size mattress that looks brand new. It’s had one small person sleeping on it for the last 5+ years. It’s had two mattress covers on it since the day I bought it. The only time they were not on was when I took the off was to wash them. No animals and no smoking.
