I'm looking for some neoprene covered dumbells preferably, but others might do. I'm in need of some heavier ones than I have got, 6kg, 7kg, 8kg. I use 5kg at the moment but am not getting enough out of them now. I need to up my game a little.
I'm hoping to improve my strength from a cardiac event a little while ago.
