Christmas Tree (Southgate RH10)

One artificial pre-lit Christmas tree. Approx. 68'' tall and 27'' wide, splits down in to 3 parts.,(Tree looks better when set up properly). I want to get a smaller tree now ,as getting the tree in and out of my loft is more difficult each year. Collect from Southgate.
