Panasonic 40" TV - Not Working (Shiregreen S5)

Hi

This TV is showing a Panasonic blink code. It is powering on and the screen comes up and down a few times then powers down.

TV is v good condition as we've had it since new. May be suitable for someone who fixes TV to either fix or use for parts.

Let me know includes cable but no remote as we had a one for all remote that we still use.
