Empty canteen for cutlery (Cutteslowe OX2)

This would be a lovely piece of furniture if you had a lot of cutlery to put in it. It needs a good clean but the felt is intact, the hinges and clasps work and the twisting brass plates that hold the knives in are all in good working order. The outside veneer is complete but is a little rough, I'm not sure what can be done about that.
