Android tablet (Aston Clinton HP22)

Amazon, or android tablet wanted for a bigger screen to view websites as phone screen too small. Doesnt have to be a good memory one or anything as literally needed for internet browser only. If you have an old one lying around you no longer use, would really appreciate one for the larger screen from 7 inch upto 10.1 inch
