Electric Bike - Older Model (Dimond area of Oakland)

This is one of the first editions of the electric bike - X-Treme E-Bike. I don't believe X-Treme E-Bike is in business any longer. I got the bike for free from my neighbor about 5 years ago. It comes with batteries that I can't get to charge. About four years ago I bought another battery and it cost approximately $500. This battery is also not longer functioning.
